It is CRC policy to ensure that we put the most capable person in the job, regardless of irrelevant personal or physical attributes and circumstances. CRC offers a supportive work environment where there are opportunities to practice innovative service delivery. We provide regular support and training sessions and we encourage creativity in working with ex-prisoners and their families.
The Community Restorative Centre (CRC) is a community based agency providing assistance to people affected by the criminal justice system. CRC provide 24-hour On-site Supported Living to adult male clients with an Intellectual Disability who have histories of offending. The project seeks to provide intensive support to clients with the aim of increasing independent living skills and reducing offending behaviours.
We are currently seeking Casual Residential Support Workers at Maitland and Villawood services.
Successful applicants will work various shifts over a 7-day period which includes weekend and night shifts.
Previous applicants need not apply.
