CRC’s Women’s Support and Transition Workers can provide links and assistance with drug and alcohol issues, Centrelink, applying for accommodation, family and social relationships.

The Women’s Support Program and Transition Project @ CRC

• Provide pre and post release support
• Aims to help people stay out of prison
• Works with people for up to 12 weeks before they are released
• Works with people for up to 12 months after release
