(Broken Hill & Wilcannia)
This project works with First Nations men and women on release from prison into the Broken Hill and Wilcannia regions. CRC transitional workers offer pre-release support and planning, and short, medium and long-term intensive holistic and culturally safe case management.
This project is funded through the National Indigenous Australians Agency. Our case workers begin wherever possible working with clients three months prior to release.
Referral Process
For Corrective Services staff wishing to make a referral, referral forms can be found here for Broken Hill and here for Wilcannia. This form should then be emailed to broken.hill.referrals@crcnsw.org.au.
